SÜPAFIT ("we," "our," or "us") operates the SÜPAFIT mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use our App.
By using SÜPAFIT, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Account Information: Email address, name (if provided via Apple or Google Sign In), and authentication credentials.
- Profile Information: Display name, weight, height, experience level, fitness goals, gender, birth year, and preferred units — provided during onboarding or later in your profile.
- Workout Data: Exercise logs, saved workouts, workout sessions, and workout plans generated from video links you submit.
- Video Links: URLs from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or other platforms that you paste into the App to generate workout plans.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage & Analytics Data: We collect anonymous usage data such as features used, screens viewed, and session activity to improve the App experience.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version.
- Push Notification Tokens: If you enable push notifications, we store a device token to deliver notifications.
Apple Health (HealthKit) Data
SÜPAFIT can read step count data from Apple Health, but only if you explicitly grant permission during onboarding. You can skip this step or disable it at any time in your iPhone Settings. We do not write data to Apple Health. Apple Health data is stored only on your device and in your private account. Apple Health data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
How We Use Your Information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features.
- Process video links you submit to generate structured workout plans.
- Track and display your workout progress.
- Read step count data from Apple Health (if enabled by you).
- Process subscription payments through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
- Send push notifications about your workouts and app updates (if enabled by you).
- Analyze anonymous usage trends to improve the App.
- Authenticate your identity and secure your account.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the App. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Cloud Infrastructure — We use third-party cloud services for authentication, database storage, and API hosting to securely operate the App.
- Apple (App Store & In-App Purchases) — Payment processing.
- AI Processing Services — We use third-party services to process workout video content and generate structured workout plans. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and do not use it for their own purposes.
- Content Retrieval Services — We use third-party services to retrieve publicly available information from the social media links you provide.
- Analytics Services — We use third-party analytics to collect anonymous usage data to improve the App.
- Push Notification Services — We use third-party services to deliver push notifications to your device.
- File Processing Services — We use third-party services for file upload processing.
- Subscription Management — We use third-party services to manage subscriptions and payment processing alongside Apple.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We may share your information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: With the third-party services listed above, solely to operate the App.
- Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process.
- Safety: To protect the rights, safety, or property of SÜPAFIT, our users, or the public.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with prior notice to you.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where required by law.
Data Security
Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and stored securely with access controls. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. While we use industry-standard measures, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
Your Rights and Choices
- Access your personal data within the App.
- Update your profile information at any time.
- Delete your account and all associated data through the App's settings.
- Opt out of Apple Health integration via iPhone Settings.
- Opt out of push notifications via iPhone Settings.
- Request a copy of your data by emailing us.
California Residents (CCPA): You have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
EU/EEA Residents (GDPR): You have additional rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. Our legal basis for processing is your consent and contract performance.
All Other Users: Regardless of where you live, we are committed to protecting your privacy and providing you with the rights listed above. If your local laws grant additional rights, we will honor them.
Children's Privacy
SÜPAFIT is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. Contact us immediately if you believe a child has provided us with personal information.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date and, for material changes, notify you through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
