Description of Service

SÜPAFIT allows you to paste workout video links from platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and converts them into structured, trackable workout plans. The App also enables you to log exercises, track workout progress, view step count data from Apple Health, and receive push notifications.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SÜPAFIT. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's consent.

Account Registration

You may create an account using Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, or email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions and Payments

SÜPAFIT offers free and Pro subscription tiers. Pro unlocks premium features and is managed through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• No refunds for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.

Free Trials: If offered, the subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

Price Changes: We may change subscription pricing with advance notice. Changes apply at your next renewal.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Interfere with the App's functionality, servers, or networks.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems to access the App.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Upload malicious code or harmful data.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (workout logs, video links). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and process that content solely to provide the App's services to you. You are responsible for the video links you submit.

Intellectual Property

The App's design, features, code, graphics, and branding are owned by SÜPAFIT and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.

• The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Always consult your physician before beginning any new exercise program, especially with pre-existing health conditions or injuries.
• You assume full responsibility for your use of workouts generated by the App. Exercise carries inherent risks.
• SÜPAFIT makes no guarantees about the accuracy, safety, or suitability of workout plans generated from third-party video content.
• If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention.

By using SÜPAFIT, you acknowledge that you exercise at your own risk.

Third-Party Content

The App processes video links from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms. We do not own, control, or endorse the content of these videos and are not responsible for their accuracy, safety, or legality. Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SÜPAFIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SÜPAFIT and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date and notify you of material changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in California. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, it shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and SÜPAFIT regarding your use of the App.
